Returns & Exchanges

At Good Luck Sock, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns policy to make the process easy and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items not purchased directly from Good Luck Sock (e.g., third-party retailers)

Return Process

  1. Confirm Eligibility: Review the Eligibility for Returns section above to make sure that the items you are returning fit the criteria.
  2. Proof of Purchase: You should have receive an Order Confirmation and/or a Shipping Confirmation email from sales@goodlucksock.com. Please print this and include it with the items you are returning.
  3. Shipping: Pack your item securely in the original packaging or a package of your choosing. Ship the item to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  • Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
